Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Dust Jacket. 1st Edition. First edition, first printing 1967 Houghton Mifflin. This US edition is the true first edition of this book, printed a year before the George Allen & Unwin edition. It has red covers with gilt decoration, and is printed on a slightly darker tone of paper to the UK edition.
This book is in very good condition. There's an inscription on the first page of the book (Christmas 1967); otherwise, the book has no flaws. Very tight spine, clean pages, etc.
