For Use with M271 Engines

Set includes Camshaft Retainer 271-0061 (same as 271 589 00 61 00) .
Sets position of the camshafts in the installed position and allows loosening and tightening of the camshaft gear bolts.

Set includes Timing Chain Retainer 271-0140 (same as 271 589 01 40 00)
Retains timing chain with cam sprockets in proper timing position

Tool #1 used for drawing in the timing chain. Retains timing chain with camshaft sprockets in proper timing position.
Tool #2 sets position of the camshafts in the installed position.
Tool #2 can be used it to loosen and tighten the belts attaching the camshaft gear.
Tool #3 used to install the plug into the timing case cover (access to chain tension-er).
Tool #4 is for releasing tension on the timing chain
